Bull River Guest Ranch is perfectly set up for corporate events, hobby retreats or any large group functions.

With 9 self-contained log guest cabins, 4 suites, and a communal living area with 9 bedrooms, Bull River Guest Ranch is the perfect setting for groups to get away from the regular environment and connect. The ranch sleeps a total of 67 guests. Cabins are appointed with modern appliances, fully stocked with dishes and cutlery, comfortable beds with duvets and cottage-style decorations. Each is spaced well apart and offers spectacular mountain views from the privacy of your own deck. Wake up in the morning listening to birds singing or catch a glimpse of a beautiful whitetail deer grazing peacefully outside your window. When you book your retreat at Bull River Guest Ranch, you have full access to our beautiful lodge with meeting facilities, breakout rooms and a setting to inspire creativity and connection.

Catering

Bull River Guest Ranch is the perfect getaway for private retreats up to 80 guests in the lodge and 150 guests in the outdoor space. We offer a selection of 3 food catering options that we work with clients to coordinate. For events in the lodge, we supply a liquor license; however, for outdoor events we require clients to obtain their own liquor license. 

The Heidout Cranbrook
From authentic South Indian Masala to our old favourite, Jäeger Schnitzel. The Heidout offers a unique culinary experience from their 5 Red Seal chefs in the kitchen.

Cooks Catering
Cooks specializes in on-site weddings and special events. Owners Scott & Penny are a husband and wife team (who also manage the Cast Iron Grill in Fernie, BC) believe in simple food done well — using the freshest ingredients possible to ensure the highest quality.

Diane Smylie
All of Diane’s food is home-made from scratch, she is a long-time vendor for Bull River Guest Ranch that will work with you to determine your perfect meal. Diane can do anything from BBQ, roasts, pig-roasts, and briskets.
